Handmade & One-of-a-Kind Artwork
KJ Custom Glass specializes in handmade glass artwork. Many pieces are one of a kind and individually created by the artist.
Because our products are handmade, slight variations, tool marks, color variations, and other characteristics associated with handcrafted glass may occur. These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of the artwork and are not considered defects.
We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe each piece. Colors may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, and your device or screen.
Product Availability
Many items offered by KJ Custom Glass are one-of-a-kind and available in a quantity of one. Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve it. An item is considered purchased once checkout and payment have been successfully completed.
In the unlikely event that an item is sold or otherwise unavailable after an order is placed, we will contact you and issue a refund for the unavailable item.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
Payment is due at the time an order is placed. Orders are not considered complete until payment has been successfully authorized and accepted.
We reserve the right to correct pricing, description, or listing errors. If an error affects an order you have already placed, we will contact you before fulfilling the order when appropriate.
Shipping
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
Shipping and delivery estimates are not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by shipping carriers, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside the control of KJ Custom Glass.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone can safely receive their shipment when necessary. Certain higher-value orders may require a signature upon delivery.
Shipping Damage
We carefully package our artwork for shipment. If an item arrives damaged, you must contact KJ Custom Glass at kjcustomglass@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Please retain the damaged item and all original packaging and shipping materials. Photographs of the item, shipping box, shipping label, and packaging may be required so that we can document the damage and pursue a carrier claim.
Do not discard the damaged item or packaging until instructed to do so.
Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
All sales are final.
Due to the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our artwork, KJ Custom Glass does not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.
Exceptions may be made when an item arrives damaged or when KJ Custom Glass sends an incorrect item. Please see our Refund and Returns Policy for complete details.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If you discover an error, contact us as soon as possible at kjcustomglass@gmail.com.
We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered the shipping process. Additional shipping charges resulting from an incorrect or undeliverable address may be the customer’s responsibility.
Intellectual Property
Photographs, product descriptions, artwork images, logos, branding, and other original content appearing on this website belong to KJ Custom Glass or their respective owners and may not be reproduced or used for commercial purposes without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, KJ Custom Glass will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this website or products purchased through it.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited under applicable law.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date.
